Who handles your information
The contact for personal information is Lumo. Contact info@lumo.tokyo for privacy requests, complaints or the operator’s legal name, address and other information required by applicable law. We provide the required operator information without undue delay upon request and explain any necessary verification and response procedures.
Website and inquiries
When you visit this website, our hosting provider Vercel may process technical access information such as IP address, browser and request details to deliver the site and maintain security. Email inquiries contain your reply address, message and any information you choose to include; they are handled through the email service used for support.
We use this information to operate and protect the service, answer inquiries, resolve problems and meet legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, sensitive health information or entire save files unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them safely.
Storage and optional analytics
The essential lumo-lang cookie remembers the website language for up to one year. Appearance and privacy preferences are stored in your browser until you change them or clear browser storage. These preferences are separate from game saves.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are enabled only after you choose Allow analytics. They process page visits, broad device and browser information, performance measurements and limited link-click events. We remove URL query strings and fragments before sending analytics. We do not include inquiry text or game-save contents in these events. These tools do not use advertising cookies. Hosting security logs are separate from optional analytics.
Choose Essential only to decline, or reopen Privacy settings to change or withdraw permission. An acceptance recorded by the former notice is not treated as permission for this analytics choice. Withdrawing stops future analytics from this website; it does not erase information already processed by a provider.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, optional analytics and email support. Apple operates the optional iCloud function described below. Their processing may take place outside your country. The provider links below explain their handling; they do not replace our responsibilities under applicable law.
We do not sell personal information or use your inquiry or game-save contents for advertising or AI-model training. We disclose information when necessary to a service provider for its stated purpose, with your consent, or where permitted or required by law. We do not treat this policy as consent to unrelated research or disclosure of health information.
Retention, protection and your rights
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it as appropriate. Retention of data stored by Apple or a destination you choose is governed by that service as well. We take reasonable access-control and security measures, while no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension or restriction of use, information about disclosures, or withdrawal of consent. Contact info@lumo.tokyo. We may ask for proportionate verification and explain any legal reason we cannot fulfill a request. You may also contact the competent privacy authority. We cannot directly remove files you have shared with other people or control every copy held in your own Apple account.
AI Inc. — game data
AI Inc. is a management simulation. Company names you enter, game progress, finances, company history and model records are normally saved on your device. Its training and evaluation activities are game simulations; ordinary gameplay does not send your game-save contents to an external generative-AI API.
iCloud synchronization is optional and off by default. If you enable it, the app saves the company book, including current and past companies and model records, to the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple account. The device also keeps synchronization state and an account-matching identifier. Apple provides this storage; do not put secrets or personal information in a company name.
Deleting a company in the app removes the relevant local save and backups, but does not delete an iCloud copy or exported files. Turning off iCloud synchronization does not delete copies already stored locally or in iCloud. The current app does not offer a separate cloud-delete control. For cloud deletion, consult Apple's iCloud storage controls or contact us for guidance about the available options.
Export and sharing begin only when you choose them. Exported files can contain company names and game records. You choose the file or share destination, whose handling then applies. Delete unwanted exports at that destination. The app does not use a dedicated advertising or gameplay-analysis SDK; platform, operating-system and engine processing may still apply.
Other Lumo products
Feelmo may use health and body-signal information for its wellbeing features. The permissions, on-device storage, any optional sharing and research consent must be checked in Feelmo's own explanation. This is not a permission request for AI Inc. Other apps likewise use the information described in their own product notices. If an individual notice has more specific technical details, read it together with this policy; it cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
Feelmo's health analysis and records are handled on the device and are not automatically sent to our servers. OS-level health storage follows Apple's settings. We do not sell heart data or other body information; any secondary research use requires separate, explicit consent. An app reset does not delete the original Apple Health records.
