The Service is a research and wellbeing tool for observing and recording autonomic regulation (the Lumo Regulation Score). It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical practice. If you need diagnosis or treatment, always consult a qualified medical professional.
2. Eligibility
Feelmo and this website are intended for users aged 18 and over.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not: (a) rely on the Service as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions; (b) reverse-engineer our algorithms, SDK, or other components (except as permitted); (c) attempt to re-identify anonymized body data; (d) infringe the rights of others; or (e) violate applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in Feelmo, this website, and their derivative works belong to us or the rightful holders. Components released as open source are governed by their respective license terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
6. Modifications
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, announced in advance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
